Simply paste the job description into our setup wizard. PreHire extracts the 4 to 5 core competencies and builds a tailored rubric with 1/3/5 scoring anchors that you can inspect and refine before entering the session.

Is my voice recording stored, and can I delete it?

You maintain total sovereignty over your data. In your settings, you can permanently delete audio recordings and transcripts with a single click at any time.

Governing your access and practice sessions on the PreHire.tech interview preparation platform.

1.Candidate Practice Scope & Private Purpose

PreHire.tech is designed, operated, and provided solely as a private, candidate-side preparation and coaching simulator. PreHire.tech does not act on behalf of, report to, or integrate with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or corporate recruitment teams of the companies referenced in our rubric catalog (e.g. Stripe, Google, McKinsey, Airbnb, Amazon).

Your simulation sessions, scores, audio streams, and transcripts belong exclusively to you. PreHire.tech will never transmit, license, or disclose your practice performance to any employer without your explicit affirmative instruction.

2.No Guarantee of Hiring & Technical Correctness Disclaimer

Crucial Assessment Safeguard:

PreHire.tech evaluates conversational delivery, problem-solving structure, communication clarity, and adherence to public rubric anchors. PreHire.tech does not guarantee employment, offer outcomes, or interview advancement at any organization. Furthermore, while our analytical models evaluate technical structure, high-stakes technical domain assertions should always be verified with human subject-matter experts.

3.Session Structure & Hard 15-Minute Cap

To maintain authentic interview pacing, ensure high signal density, and prevent candidate fatigue, practice interviews are strictly calibrated to a maximum duration of 15 minutes. Sessions automatically transition to candidate sign-off and post-interview report generation when the timer concludes.

4.Audio Processing & Data Retention

When utilizing spoken interview mode, your audio stream is transmitted via secure, short-lived ephemeral session credentials directly to real-time speech infrastructure.

Per our candidate-first data retention defaults:

Temporary audio buffers are automatically purged following transcription and score report compilation.
You may trigger immediate deletion of all session transcripts and performance metrics at any time from Privacy Settings.
Session audio is never used to train public models without your express written consent.

5.Subscription, Billing & Fair Usage

Paid tiers (Plus, Pro, and Teams) provide monthly interview credits. Unused credits rollover up to 60 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access remains active through the end of the current billing period without penalty.
